I am putting forward the points discussed in the last meeting:

~Poor performance on the share portal: As communicated earlier, please remember that from now on-wards the performance of the teams will play an important role in getting funds and project. Also, remember that a good foundation has been set for the junior members. You have a good chance to get projects this year and stand a better representation in the ShARE global team.  Please do not spoil our efforts. Make the best of it. Shailesh Ganesh will be looking after the portal activity and reminding you guys about the same. Vernon can help Shailesh on this.

~ShARE visibility on the campus: Most of the students don't even know what ShARE is. Now it is your job to increase the visibility by organizing some events, having ShARE t-shirts, etc. Saurabh Yadav has taken the responsibility of designing and getting the t-shits printed. Request all of you to fill the EOI at-least as  and when floated. We were even planning to have ShARE hoodies but nobody filled the EOI. Do it this time atleast. @Saurabh: Please float the EOI soon. Vridhi, Deepak and Akhil can take up the responsibility of conducting an event this term.

~Regarding Lateral entries: We may have lateral entries this time if we are hosting the world seminar as our team is really small to host it. There will also be revocation of a few members who have not contributed anything to ShARE.

~Team outing: As per the ShARE calender we are supposed to have two team outings in an year so we are planning to have the second team outing next week. Dates have not been finalized yet. It will be dutch party. Abhishek can take up the responsibility of booking a place. You can look for some good deals on crazeal. 

~World seminar update: As per the communications of global members till now, there is a good chance that we will be hosting the world seminar this time. Yash and Prabal wrote the initial proposal and they will be looking after that.

~Promotion of Junior members and output evaluation: Those who have not got their outputs evaluated please contact your respective KNPs and get it done ASAP. I have sent a mail to each of them but you should also keep pushing. Here are the details of the KNPs:

I know you people are really busy this term but at-least follow up on the efforts that you had put in for your junior member presentation. Show some enthu guys. Please follow up with we on the tasks assigned.
