ShARE - World Seminar 2013 - Applications for hosting Team - Deadline 20th of November

Guys,

Here is the detail about the proposal we need to send for World seminar next year.

Dear Ps,

ShARE is now closing the 2012 World Seminar that celebrated the 10th Anniversary of ShARE :) The Report shall be published next month, and in the meanwhile you can check already some photographs in the Member Access.

We now want to start preparing the 2013 edition, and this emails serves to open the applications for the hosting Team of next year's World Seminar.

The deadline for applications is the 20th of November. This is only an application of intentions. We don't need yet the full details, but want to assess the potential of the Teams.

We are looking forward to receive your replies, according to the template below:

1.       Overall motivation of the team (2-3 lines)

a.       3- 4 reasons on why your team can organise such a seminar

b.      Number of members available to be part of the organizing Team

c.       Potential seakers your Team could invite

d.      Benefits of the location

2.       Date: it has to be between November and December

3.       Budget: Have in mind that your team should be able to raise 15 000 euro without ShARE Global support

a.       Companies your Team has in mind to raise sponsorship

b.    Basic estimates for budget
