Updated license file template

Since we're now in 2012 I updated the license template page on the
wiki. I made some small changes to the copyright and attribution
statements, so that what was
* Copyright (C) 2010-2011 Alfresco Share Extras project

* This file is part of the Alfresco Share Extras project.
Is now
* Copyright (C) 2010-2012 Share Extras contributors
*
* This file is part of the Share Extras project.
This should make it clearer that the copyright in the code is owned by
you as a contributor, not Share Extras as a project, and removes the
'Alfresco' prefix from the project name, which I think it necessary as
this project is not sponsored by Alfresco in any official context.
It's also more consistent with the project name used on the Google
Code site, which is share-extras, not alfresco-share-extras.
Lastly there is also now a COPYING.txt file template, which should be
placed in the root of each project. I'm gradually updating all of my
own projects, so please do the same with yours.
