Tidying up of wiki pages

Hi all,

I've spent a bit of time recently tidying up the wiki and adding tags
to all pages.

The tags are intended to categorise the add-ons by type and also by
Alfresco version(s) supported.

I've been through all the existing wiki pages, added the relevant tags
and tidied up any existing ones, but contributors should probably
check their pages to make sure the categories are correct.

You'll also see there is now a ToC in all wiki pages, which hopefully
should make the growing number of pages a little easier to navigate.
