Extras JSDoc now being generated from trunk

Hi guys, just to let you know that the client-side API docs for Share
Extras are now being generated automatically from trunk on a nightly
basis here

http://sharextras.org/jsdoc/extras/trunk/

The results are quite interesting, it shows just how many separate
classes the various add-ons define between them, and it reveals how
there's still a bit of work to be done in getting away from the
Alfresco namespaces in client-side code.

I'll continue to tweak the scripts to filter out the third-party stuff
that's still being included in the odd place, but let me know if you
have any feedback.

On a related note I'm also generating docs for the Share slingshot
project from public HEAD. You can find those here
