The BCI Partner Network is one of the largest of any global standards
body covering Governments and Ministries; BPO Industry Associations; BPO
companies; Training companies; Universities & Institutions; Consultants and
other industry support bodies across North America, Africa, Eastern Europe,
Latin America, Middle East, and Asia.
In fact, BCI was born out of a clear vision that
the future of BPO lay outside the developed West and there was a need to serve
the BPO markets that were gradually but surely burgeoning in the Third World,
rich with low-cost skilled manpower. Hence, almost immediately after the
commissioning of its standards and credentialing systems, BCI commenced its
operations in Asia and rapidly expanded out of the United States - where it is
incorporated as a Corporation. Today, like many leading technology and BPO multinationals,
the BCI global operations, too, are headquartered in India and we continue our
spread planet-wide, impacting BPO businesses, operations and careers in more
than 30 countries outside United States of America. Our operations are spread
out not only in the traditional BPO strongholds of India and Philippines but
also sweep across emerging BPO destinations such as Egypt, Kenya, Vietnam,

Currently, the BCI Partner Network covers more
