On a serious note, we’re one of the fastest growing travel start-ups in India today. We plan & sell customized holidays on a unique managed marketplace model, complete with transparent pricing & flat fees (first in India to do so for mainstream holidays). We’re currently a hungry team of 40, and adding a dozen folks every month. The pace at which we’re running out of office space and packets of Maggi in our café is both exciting and nerve wracking.

The founding team has extensive experience of working at MakeMyTrip , and includes Engineers (from IIT & other reputed institutes), Management graduates (from IIM & other reputed institutes) and numerous souls who’ve travelled the road less travelled on their entrepreneurial journey. To this team we’re looking to add ‘rock stars’. Folks who put ‘I Will’ before ‘We Shall’. We’re currently based out of Delhi NCR, but geographic expansion is round the corner. So if you can’t do without your Vada Pav or your morning filter coffee, worry not. Mumbai & Bangalore are not far.

Role description

WeAreHolidays is looking for young and bright individuals who could help form the middle knowledge layer for planning team at WeAreHolidays. Knowledge layer would serve as an interface between planners and supplier team. They would serve as the backbone of the entire planning exercise and would help in keeping high level of customer engagement and satisfaction levels. Middle knowledge layer would be doing the following -

1. Aligning with a holiday planner and understanding the need of the customer better.

2. Preparing a holiday plan with understanding of various holiday products and helping planner in closing a deal with customer

3. End to end understanding of suppliers that we work with on an ongoing basis and getting the most updated rates/availability for customer requirement.

4. Work alongside holiday planner and work on various customer iterations as per his/her demand

Following are the skills required for the candidate –

1. Customer orientation and an ability to delight customer through excellent service

2. Good presentation & MS office skills

3. Highly motivated and passionate individuals

4. Friendly nature & startup fit
