Candidate Competence Criteria
Sales Trainees / Sales Engineer Position
- Education - Bachelors of Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Plastic, Polymer) OR MBA / P.G in Sales and Marketing.
- Skills – Candidate should be good in communication, self learner, street smart seller and Extrovert. He should have passion for sales.
- Experience – Fresher.
- Job Locations – Pune, Delhi, Chandigarh, Haridwar, Kolkatta, Hyderabad, Chennai, Coimbatore, Bangalore, Indore, Gujarat, Daman and Mumbai.
- Training – Minimum 3mths, Maximum 6mths.
- Salary – 1.44 Lakhs to 1.8 Lakhs per annum
Training will be provided by company on selection.
Job Description
- Ensure total order value & total sales value target are achieved.
- Must be able to identify all technical issues of assigned customers to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process.
- Maintain the average discount provided to the customer with the target.
- Offering after-sales support services. Solving client problems.
- Developing and growing long-term relationships with customers. Add new customers on a regular basis.
- Maintain the overall sales cost.
- Ensure regular 100% ‘C’ form collection & recovery of outstanding amount.
- Other duties assigned timely based on the business need.
