Mr.Shankar is having a lot of fun in still not removing my email I'd from Sharan group inspite of my request in person and thro emails.

As I already reported these mails are received by me on my BlackBerry and is being received while I am in National and International roaming thus costing me unnecessary expenses.

Eventhough I had shifted Sharan mails to Spam folder, BlackBerry continues to receive these mails.

The idea of again writing this in your group to intimate you all, the problems I have.
Since Mr.Shankar is not taking any action, I am requesting thro this group to remove my email I'd,since I am not a Sharan member and I am not entitled to receive msgs from Sharan group.

As expressed at a committee meeting yesterday Sunday Dec 13, in Chennai,while discussing the subject of unwanted mails,
I am experiencing some difficulties in entering into the group for making deletions / additions.
As an immediate preventive would it be possible for you to divert such unwelcome mail into spam or "Unsubscribe"
If loudspeakers keep blaring, as in the festival seasons, I place cotton plugs in my ears to avoid the noise.
Mr Rajagopalan, it is no fun for me. Rather it is a pain to hear so from you.  I can fully understand and appreciate the difficulties you are facing and I am extremely sorry.

By a copy of this mail to  Mr. Manoj Bhatia, I request him to prepare to disband this e-group.
I would rather go through the process of restructuring the group
email ids, than having to countenance such avoidable e-dialogues.

Mr Retnam, may I request you to identify for yourself such persons who would like to receive your mails. However funny and / or useful they may be, kindly do not send such mails to the SHARAN group, Many have expressed dismay at the invasion of their space or privacy . This is somewhat akin to the mobile phone calls we receive from telemarketers.
The usage of SHARAN group mail should be restricted to SHARAN related information and announcements ONLY

Trust everyone concerned to take this matter in the right spirit and co-operate

Dear Mr Shankar,

Thank you for the brief and to the point message. I know Mr Retnam has been sending the messages in good faith, however he or anyone else for that matter should check if people would like to receive such messages and send them to those who would like to receive them. I have enugh messages to answer and would not like to receive these messages.

 

There are so many sending messages of this type, simply because it is easy to send them and does not cost much. However it takes a lot of effort to delete them from the inbox. Hence my earnest request to use the medium selectively, where required and avoid it for all othr purposes.
