Luncheon meet- Dec 12

Dear All,

After a fairly long break, we have an opportunity to meet again
Kindly come for the luncheon meet
All are requested to come in by 10.25 am
Remember Youth Hostel Indira Nagar, Dec 12 10.25 am

The proposed programme is as follows:

1. Welcome drink to participants
2. Assembly by 10.25 am
3. Meeting called to order by President at                          10.30 am.
4. President welcomes the gathering ( members / guests etc)
    and makes an announcement of the events for the day
    Hands over the mike to Secretary..............................10.40 am

5. Secretary introduces the day's programme, and service developments
6. Wedding and Birthday greetings
7. Ice breaker game             11. am to 11.25 am
8. Tambola                          11.30 to 12.15
9. Lunch 12.30
10 Closure 1.30 pm   

KINDLY NOTE:

The Icebreaker game mentioned above is an enjoyable airline game
wherein the participants will go on a world travel across 20 cities of the world

There will be airline counters located in the hall and participants will have to move from one
counter to another ( walking, no running)

Kindly bring with you pencils / ball pens to mark your itinerary.
Blank forms will be given to each team ( pair) at the start of the game
Details will be explained clearly before the game commences
I am sure that all will find the game full of fun.

I have been out of communication these last several weeks - due to various reasons - travelling, indisposed with several health problems and heavy pressure of work. I am extremely sorry for not informing you earlier - but I will not be able to participate in the luncheon program.
