Dont use arduino 1.0 for flashing Arduino Firmware

Hi,
When compiling Sprinter on Arduino 1.0 there's many errors. Since a
lot of things changed since 1.0, mots scripts dont compile.
We asked on IRC chan for confirmation, and we were right : it needs a
pre-1.0 version of Arduino env....
Maybe it should be a god ideao to :
* Indicate on the wiki that pre req :) (workaround)
* Update the firmware to allow build on 1.0 (real solution...)
