damaged solderpad on ramps board

I started building my first shapercube. And on soldering the ramps 1.4
board, I damaged a solderpad, it is gone, it is the solderpad under
the 2nd screw on the green connector or indicated as plus under D10.
What is the best remedy?does anybody know if I should make a
jumperwire and to which spot i can connect a jumperwire?

As long as you repair it with similar or better gauge wire, you should be ok.
What temperature is your soldering iron set at btw?
