Help with export kml files

Hi,

I am trying to export some shape file from the Michigan Geographic
Data Library (http://www.michigan.gov/cgi/
0,1607,7-158-52927_53037_12693---,00.html) and when I export them they
are not showing up in the correct location. Is there some setting I
have to change to get this to export correctly?
