Please note our first yoga activity for 2010:

Perfect Postures Workshop
April 24, 2010
14:00-16:30

Fee:  RMB350 at the door
RMB220 advanced payment by April 22

Please note the following:

1.  this workshop includes a 90 minute posture clinic (learn posture
techniques in detail)

2.  This is a room temperature studio - Not heated...!  No need to wear
"beach clothes"

3.  bring a notebook and pen - a great opportunity to learn the postures in
more detail and to answer your posture technique questions.
