We just received word that the BYU Singers are going to tour China and will be in your city for concerts and possibly will attend church in some cities. Here’s the itinerary as we understand it:

BYU Singers

A jazzy type vocal group is traveling to China for a concert tour. We thought you might be interested knowing this concert schedule and perhaps getting the word out to other members and inviting friends to see this great group.

Beijing

Wednesday April 29

7:00 pm Concert – Tsinghua University Theatre (seats 1,900)

Thursday April 30

7:00 pm Concert – Beihang University Xincheng Concert Hall (seats 830)

Friday May 1

9:30 am Perhaps a 40 minute outdoor concert at Chaoyang Music Festival, Chaoyang Park (This may or may not happen)

Saturday May 2

10:30 am 30 minute performance –Great Wall of China (Juyongguan Pass)

Sunday May 3

Sunday attend 4^th Branch Beijing

Tianjin

Monday May 4

7:30 pm Joint Concert – Tianjin Grand Theatre (seats 600)

Jinan

Tuesday May 5

7:30 pm Concert – Shandong Grand Theatre Concert Hall (seats 1,450)

Kaifeng

Friday May 8

7:30 pm Concert –Henan Art College Concert Hall –Henan University (seats 400)

Xi’an

Saturday May 9

7:30 pm Joint Concert – Shaanxi Normal University Concert Hall (seats 800)

Sunday May 10

10:00 am Attend church meetings in Xi’an with the local LDS Branch and sing in sacrament meeting
