Ruby Certificate exam available in China now.

All,

Recently I was informed from Matz regarding updated situation of Ruby
Association's certified Ruby Program exam.
Used to be China resident was not possible to take the exam, but my
continuous effort to Ruby Association and Matz has eventually been
fruited.

For far, no Rails exam in the world, only the association does Ruby
exam in globally.
Not a few English speaker have been passed exam.

The association recently announced Gold exam, so now the certification
have three levels.

The price has to be paid in USD, thus not so easy everybody taking the
exam, however I firmly believe the time is coming soon the some
ruby/rails company in China will check applicants resume whether or
not the applicant has the certification...
Anyway, if you would like to try, just check your skill almost any big
cities in China available...

In Japan, a lot of Japanese domestic Ruby outsourcing company get
another license from Ruby Association with at least 5 certified
engineers to make some project easy. But the license is another story.
