我们有了比预期多的人报名，可以把每个人的负担做一些调整了！基础蓝调舞的收费由原来的人民币250调整为人民币200。

蓝调音乐可以说是爵士乐的近亲，节奏有快有慢，但是节奏架构比爵士乐更多变化。蓝调舞是一种近身舞，舞步虽然看似简单，其实对技巧及乐感的挑战极高。如何在简单的结构中创造变化、如何精确掌握音乐的变化、如何与舞伴形成顺畅的沟通，是跳好蓝调舞的挑战，也是教与学的重点。

 

我们很幸运的Byron来访并有时间教我们如何正确地开始学习蓝调舞。你只要对任何一种社交舞有一些经验都可以参加！

 

日期: 2010年7月4日
地点: 泰康路Melting Pot (泰康路288号)（地点有可能根据报名人数改变，请报名时务必留下联络方式以便通知）

内容：

• 节奏与时间的控制  
  • 跟随蓝调音乐的节奏律动
    
• 肢体架构及与舞伴的沟通
  • 如何与舞伴形成近身的开始动作以及接触点的运用
    
• 找到与舞伴之间的相互平衡点
  • 利用你自己的重量以及舞伴的重量
  • 何时给、何时受
    
• 旋转与快转
  • 用身体不是手臂领舞
  • 以回应对方向性的动作以及重量转变来跟随
    
• 下沉以及其他花样（时间允许）

学费：人民币250元

Some said Blues music is cousin to Jazz music. Blues can be fast or slow but the rhythm structure is even more diversed. Blues dance is a close-body partner dance. Footworks in Blues dance may look random and irregular and this is exactly what makes Blues dance difficult to learn and to teach. Yet, when you are mastering the techniques to express the music, your imagination is the only limit!

 

We are very lucky to have Byron Stuart visiting Shanghai and offering a crash course of Blues 102. To participate, you should have some knowledge of any kind of partner dancing.

 

Date: July 4, 2010
Venue: Tai Kang Road Melting Pot (288, Tai Kang Road) (Venue may change according to the size of workshops. Please leave contact info. when register to the workshops.)
What would be included in the workshop:

•  Rhythm and Timing 
  • walking and tapping to the rhythm of blues music 
• Frame and Connection
  • how to embrace your partner and use connection points
• Counter Balance 
  • using your weight and your partner's weight
  • when to give and when to take
• Turns and Spins 
  • leading with your body - not your arms
  • following by responding to directional movement and weight changes
• Dips and Other Fancy Stuff (as time permits)

Fee: Rmb250/person
