Alumni networking Contact information

Dear Alumni,
Based on the requests from our alumni gathering with Shanda delegates yesterday, I recreated a form to gather our contact information. If you like to participate, this may take you 1 to 5 minutes. For those who fill in and submit the response will also receive a copy of all responses so that we can share the contacts to help organizing events or help with each other if in need such as networking, collaboration, job hunting or simply social and communicate with our Shanda delegates to see how we can also help our school or school can help us.
For those who are not willing sharing your own contacts will not receive a copy of other people's contacts.
