Thats a quick responce from u guys... Thanks a lot for the replies....
 Good to hear tht Lakshmi is planning to attend Hata Yoga this 19th..
I did that 2 months before. I must say practising HATA will definitely make a difference in everyday life. I felt the exhaust factor by evening has come down drasticallly in me. But I am not doing all the asanas every day. Just surya namaskar is all thats happening everyday before evening/morning Shambavi.....

Planning to go for Barfi(hindi movie) this weekend!!!! :)
Started reading Sea of Poppies by Amitav Ghosh yesterday... Heard its a good book. So borrowed from a frend.
 
Feeling more energetic now a days....

Correct Lux, Navin pls  try not to break the flow, I know very well when I had a break from Hata yoga for 2 days, thn  it was very tough for me cop up with the flow...later. please dont make the same mistake what I did.

Ya Sruthi correct. Will  keep this point in my mind.
Yesterday evening I had been to UB City to a restaurant there. It was a gujarati restaurant and the place was awsome.
Also just wanted to tell that I am going to Coimbatore next month. I have my in-laws there. I am also planning to visit the Isha yoga centre there.

Hi all,

I have been practicing well, trying to eat only fruits + egg during night time(dinner).

Last three days i ate fruits. I feel very light.

One day i felt very hungry due to activities in office i ate chicken biryani :)

I have been watching Naruto which inspires me a lot. Nothing much from my side.

And Navin, Is tht restaurant"Rajdhani"?
In Indranagar also there is one. Even I wanted to go there, for such a long time..... hmm.  Saw barfi, Ranbir Kapoor is superb so is Priyanka...... Ileana also did a good job. The movie is so funnny and still intense. I loved it. Reminded me of Mr.Beans and Charlie Chaplin.... Try to watch if possible.!!!!

Hi.. i have a question to anyone who has answer ! :)

When i do the flutter, i go out of breath and have to take breath in between few times during the 2 min course.. is it same for everyone ?   Are there any tips/tricks which i missed ?

Nop I dont think its a problem, in the brginning even I had this issue. But gradually its becoming easier for doing the Flutter. Since we r doing the breathing only. I guess its hw we have to improve. In between even I have to take a long breathe.  But I guess , we r starters right? So acceptable!!!! I think Nipun can reply on this to get a better version......

Akka please do plan to attend sathsang and clarify your doubt with teacher.

As of now I would say its normal in beginning. You might be breathing out too much or breathing in too much. Body knows when to adjust and thus you may have long inhalation or you might exhale.

Just follow the steps told and rest will settle in slowly.

Yes it is Rajdhani.
It is there in Indiranagar also. But in UB City the ambience is very nice and lot of open space around the restaurant.

is it happening frequently? There is one thing you should notice.... When you do rapid breathe in and out... If you do breathe out more times for one breathe in you will go out of breathe our if you are going out of breathe means you are not taking in. This is happening to me also but not frequent .... when ever this happens I notice that I am not taking breathe in and will try to give equal importance to both in and out. It improved . now I feel tired or exhausted after doing it continuously for 3 min that time I may take breathe in or go for bandhas.

Naruto is a Japanese ninja Cartoon story. It's very interesting serial. I like naruto character, who is orphan,  wants to become number one ninja.  I will try to watch barfi this weekend Urvasi theatre is very near to my room :) .

If it is dinner or lunch or any heavy intake : 4 to 5  hours.
Snacks: 2 o 3 hours.
For one shambhavi session to another session min gap 1 to 2 hours. (?)
For trip, i have not yet decided. If any one decided to go please send a mail to group.

Empty stomach condition timings are as follows.

Full meal 4 hrs gap
Light snacks 2.5hrs gap
Tea coffee 1.5 hrs gap
Smoke. 40minutes
Alcohol. 10-12 hour gap

Between two shambhavi practices atleast a gap of 4hrs.

Let me know incase there is still some confusion.

How are your practices going ? Any doubts?
