FAMILIES OF MIAs TO MEET TOMMOROW WITH JUSTICE MINISTER

Members of the families of Israel's MIAs, Ron Arad, Rachamim Alsheich,
Zachary Baumel, Tzvi Feldman, Yossi Fink, Yehuda Katz, and Ilan Sa'adon, and
The International Coalition for Missing Israeli Soldiers (ICMIS) will meet
with Justice Minister, Yaakov Ne'eman, for a briefing, as well as to request
his assistance. The topics which will be discussed are as follows:

1) PLO Violation of the Cairo Accords, section 19
2) Conditioning talks with Syria and Lebanon on the return of Israel's
MIAs and POWs.

The meeting will take place on July 4, 1996 at 10:30 am, at the Minister's
office, on Salah Din street, Jerusalem.

In December 1993, Yasser Arafat gave the late Prime Minister Rabin half of
Zachary Baumel's dog tag. He promised that within 2 weeks he'd diverge more
information. He reiterated that promise in signing the Cairo accords of May
4, 1995, in which the PLO commits to disclose any information in its
possession about the fate of Israel's MIAs and POWs, no such information has
been forthcoming.

ICMIS hopes that the Government of Israel will use every opportunity, and do
everything in its power to return the boys to Israel.
