(1) The four angels are found in Kriat Sh'ma Al HaMitah, the Bedtime
Sh'ma, which can be found in any traditional prayerbook.
(2) The Ellen Frankel book was published by Jason Aronson (though she is,
indeed, the Editor-InChief of the Jewish PUblication Society); Betsy
Platkin Teutsch did the artwork and I believed was co-editor/author, the
title is _The Encyclopedia of Jewish Symbols_. Worth owning, IMHO.
