I just clipped this from an article from Rabbi Shmuel Boteach. If anyone =
is interested in seeing the entire article I will gladly send it to the =
list. I am not sure how I feeling about this statement all I kno is that =
it troubles me greatly. I figured I'd through it out as food for =
discussion and then form my thoughts.


"Statistics show that it is overwhelmingly married men who frequent =20
prostitutes. Why on earth would we want to make it easier for married =20
men to cheat on their wives by guaranteeing them risk-free sex? =20
Coarsely but practically stated, sex represents the ultimate =20
dependency of men on women. A husband who is easily afforded sexual =20
outlets other than his wife no longer years for his wife is the same =20
way that if she represented his sole sexual outlet. A man who can run =20
to a prostitute whenever he feels the urge will be running to his =20
wife less."
