Just want to make sure the Evites are getting sent out to everyone, since there were a few new people added since our initial meeting (there should be 11 of us total). You should have all gotten a recent copy with all the emails but in case you didn't, here is the complete list of first time mommy members. Jen, can you double check that everyone's email is on your evite?

Hi ladies.
I am just curious if you can recommend a good babysitter and nanny? I am really nervous as I interview girls from care.com
My husband and I would rather use someone that is recommended by others. Sadly I go back to work in 2 weeks. We had childcare set up with us dropping Levi off at her home on my way to work. Now that Levi is here, I would rather have someone come to our home and watch him during the day with lots of experience with babies. I interviewed someone the other day who said she had experience with 3 month old babies and had no idea what a swaddle was or how to hold the bottle. Soooo we are a bit worried these girls are making up the experience they have just to get a job. Some of the sights talk about paying taxes for them as household employees, paid sick weeks etc.
I want to pay 10-15 an hour for the days we use her. It would be from 8-4 Monday - Friday and not on my vacation time (1 week Thanksgiving, 3 weeks December and 2 weeks in April )
If you know of a good nanny during the week (and also an occasional babysitter for when my husband and i go out on date nights) that you have first hand experience from, PLEASE let me know. My son will be 3 months old when I return to work. We live downtown so she should be able to drive here everyday.
