Hello,

Attached is a press release and related documents that we will be issuing

later this evening to the media and other advocacy groups here in PA and

NY.

We hope that you will be able to attend this peaceful, non-confrontational rally.

Please pass this email on to others who might be interested in attending.

For those coming from a distance, camping facilities are available in S. B. Elliott State park and hotel accommodations are available in Clearfield, DuBois and St. Marys - all about a 30 minute drive from the park.

Thanks and we hope to see you at the rally.

Please use the revised press release.

The original had a factual error in that 1 million gallons of polluted
water was released. That was from the original WJAC TV report.

To the best of my information, the final number was determined to be
35,000 gallons.

Sorry for the error.

Mike

I believe we are presenting this as a hike as opposed to a rally as we
discussed in the meeting yesterday. So if you could make that change,
that way people will be prepared to hike.
