Seeking non-AEA Actors & Director for "Romeo and Juliet" - staged reading at The Inwood Library
Seeking non-AEA actors for Shakespeare's beautiful
"Romeo and Juliet." Director (TBA) will decide if cast will or will not
need to be conflict-free with the rehearsal schedule, so any
Shakespeare Saturdays alums interested in a role can reply to
do...@moonbeam.net - and please list possible conflicts in your email.
Actors who have never been in a Shakespeare Saturdays reading are
invited to attend the Open Calls. All rehearsals will be at The Inwood
Library. It's a free reading and open to the public, so there's no pay,
but Shakespeare Saturdays springs for the 1st round of beers right
after the performance.
Open Call Auditions:
Sat., April 29th - 2:30-4:45pm - at The Inwood Library-Downstairs Auditorium, 4790 Broadway (just north of Dyckman/200th St.)
Sun., April 30th- 1:00-4:45pm - (at The Inwood Library-Downstairs Auditorium)
Audition Requirements: Please bring a headshot/resume and a prepared 1-2 minute Shakespeare monologue of your choice.

Sun., 5/7 - 1:00-4:45pm
Sun., 5/14 - 1:00-4:45pm
