[Shaker Youth Hockey Association]

Dear Shaker Hockey Family,

Over the past eight years I have experienced a lot of emotions as the Youth Hockey Coordinator for the City of Shaker Heights, none is close to the emotion I am feeling at this moment. As of July 18, 2013 I will no longer be the Youth Hockey Coordinator for the City of Shaker Heights.

This decision has not come easily. It took me many nights and hours to come to this final conclusion that this is the right time to make this move and I feel in my heart that I am leaving the Shaker Youth Hockey program in good condition. I want to thank all the parents for the years of stimulating conversation and the passion you all show for your children. I also would like to thank all the coaches for their continued pursuit of excellence in our players and their countless hours of volunteer work in helping grow this great sport. To all the board members, throughout the years, for their hours and hours of service and discussions on how to keep this program at the top of Cleveland hockey and bridging the gap between the city and the association for the betterment of the young children of this great program. Last but certainly not least, I want to thank all the kids for the blood, sweat and tears they have given me, it has been your smiles, laughs and joyous faces that make each day end on a great note. I have fond memories from the last eight years and I will carry them with me forever.
