Important SYHA Summer Updates

A few notes for the summer and the upcoming season. Hopefully you have all had a chance to view the new website. Please create a user name and login using the link in the top left corner of the site. We will transition away from the Google Groups emails and use the site for emails.
1. Golf Outing - The outing is at Shaker Country Club and features a hole-in-one for a car. Information regarding the Golf Outing is available on the website. We are looking for gift baskets. Individuals, groups and teams can get together and create a basket that will be raffled off at the outing. We are also looking for Hole Sponsors and any other donations for the raffle. The Golf Outing is one of our major fund raisers, which helps pay for extra ice and equipment. If you plan on playing and have not yet sent in your registration, please send Rich Mears an email at rmea...@gmail.com, so we can begin to get numbers.
2. Jerseys - All players from Mite ADM Red through Bantam will be wearing the new Ottawa Senators style jerseys (White/Black). These are available at Time Out Sports. The Mite ADM White and Blue teams will be given jerseys that will be returned at the end of the season. Also, we will be collecting all practice jerseys you may have from last year at the beginning of this season.
3. Survey - Parents, in order to improve our organization, please take a few minutes of your time to complete a brief survey regarding this past season. Feedback is a very important part of our organization getting better and making hockey enjoyable for all the participants at all levels of competition. Below is the link to the survey:

4. SYHA Fee - The SYHA Fee of $105 is due. This fee goes to pay for one tournament (usually Ann Arbor), extra ice, goalie equipment and coaching tools. The Board of Directors has decided that families that do not pay the fee this season will not be eligible to participate in our full program out of town tournament (usually Ann Arbor). City fees will be due in August.
