invalidate cache if source code changes

Hi all,

I'm using Shake in the "Forward" style for a little static site generator.

Is there an easy way of invalidating the cache if the source code is
rebuilt? I thought about parsing the output of GHC to see if there's
evidence of recompilation, and deleting the cache if so, but it seems
like there ought to be a less barbaric way.
