Announcing Shaka Player v3.3.2, v3.2.4, and v3.1.6

Hi everyone,

We are pleased to announce the release of Shaka Player v3.3.2, v3.2.4, and v3.1.6.  There are many important fixes in these releases, including a fix for a memory leak in DASH live streams.

Fixes in v3.3.2:

* Add explicit release() for FakeEventTarget

* Fix download of some HLS assets

* Fix exception in StreamingEngine for EMSG with HLS

* Fix memory leak in DASH live streams with inband EventStream
* Skip whitespace in HLS attributes

As many of these fixes as possible have been backported to v3.2 and v3.1.  Some may not apply because they relate to features introduced in a later branch.
