Announcing Shaka Player v3.0.10

Hi everyone,

Just after releasing v3.0.9, a high-priority issue was brought to our attention by an internal partner.  The fix had just been completed, but missed being included in v3.0.9.  To help unblock their launch plans, we released v3.0.10, only 3 days after v3.0.9.

The priority fix was:

  - Fix stalls in some multi-Period DASH content (issue #3230)

Incidentally, this also includes a recent build system fix:

  - Fix stylelint errors on Windows (issue #2985, PR #3214)
