This is a bug fix release. Here are the highlights:
Fix truncation of timestamp to 32bits in segment file names for MPEG2-TS
output (

[DASH] Fix "roles" stream descriptor support for WebVTT text streams (

).
Fix potential deadlock when reading WebVTT from a pipe.
