HLS and DASH /w fmp4?

I'm basically looking for this solution where you have multiple manifests supported by the same set of fmp4 files. We try as much as possible to avoid CDN overcharge. Can Shaka-Packager support such thing?

Yes, that is supported. You can specify both DASH and HLS outputs in the same command with the same set of fmp4 output files.
