Please....why I can't send text font and receive text font from ICQ
5.1 program in Conversation window., please help me step by step Add
contact in ICQ.

I'm sorry, but you're going to have to describe your problems more
clearly than you're currently doing. "why I can't send text font and
receive text font" doesn't explain *exactly* what you're doing -- for
all I know, you are not even correctly sending a message. You need to
tell me, at a minimum, the following information:

What version of OscarLib you are using
What you are trying to accomplish
The methods you are calling, and the exact parameters you are sending
What events you are receiving, and the exact parameters you are receiving

I cannot answer any more of your questions unless I get this information
for *each* problem, because it is just not possible for me to know what
is happening with the information you have been giving, and it is not
fair for me or you to try to give you advice that might be wrong.

Now, to answer you generally, OSCAR messages (AIM and ICQ) are sent in
HTML, the font is in a <font> tag like a normal HTML document. As for
adding a contact there is only one step. Use Session.AddBuddy. The
parameters are clearly explained in the documentation; please read it
before replying for more help.
