Karachi Picnic held at
Water Park, On 31st July 2015, Friday

The groups of Martyrs'  Families coming from across the city to the picnic point were received in the picnic venue at 8:00 am by central committee and Karachi working committee of the Shaheed Foundation Pakistan. the Families after their arrival at picnic point were immediately served breakfast containing the items Halwa, Puri & chhole.  

After tacking tea the participants rushed to the water park for enjoying sliding and swimming where volunteers were present to guide and control them. The volunteers led the participants properly to the sliding bridge and swimming pool briefing them about the precautionary measures.  A chill spot was also arranged near the Swimming Pool so that martyrs' families and guests may enjoy ice-cream, cold drinks, juices, chips and biscuits etc. The water Sabil was also present there to quench the thirst of the participants. In order to face any untoward incident or accident the picnic spot was facilitated with Medical Camp and ambulances throughout the duration of the picnic. The swimmers who were mostly children  and youths and also some elders came out of the swimming pool when the Azan-e-Zohrain  was called in the picnic campus. 

The Zohrain Prayer was performed at 12:30 pm with Jamaa't under the leadership of Molana Syed Baqer Zaidi. After the end of the prayer Molana Nusrrat Bukhari delivered an impressive speech on the importance and dignity of martyrs and martyrdom in the eyes of Almighty God. As the said speech ended, the lunch was immediately served.

After the lunch participants once again rushed to the Swimming Pool resuming the hue and cry and thus expressing their happiness and delight. 
The members of Central Committee and general members of the SFP remained with the martyrs families throughout the day and shared their joy and pleasure.
 
At 5:30 pm participants were served tea. After tacking the tea Families and guests rushed to their relevant buses for return to their home. At 6 pm almost all the buses left the picnic spot for the places from where they had initiated. 

It is to be mentioned here that a number of  martyrs' families belonging to interior Sind and southern Panjab  also joined us in this picnic with the SFP associates  who are at the helm of the affairs of the martyrs' families in these areas. Even some working members of SFP Quetta also participated in this picnic. Nearly 1500 people participated in this picnic and 32 coasters and Hino Buses  were engaged  for pick & drop of the participants. Martyrs' families through taking part in  a quiz competition received prizes as well. Some gifts were also presented to the  martyrs' families belonging to interior Sind and southern Panjab to the much pleasure of them.
