Light for Life Welfare Organization intends to distribute ration and other articles/goods of need to needy and deserving families residing in the far flung desert Area of Thar in the Southern Pakistan's province of Sindh.
It may be noted that the area faces acute shortage of different necessary items intermittently and even resources as basic as water are not easily accessible and readily available.
LFL's volunteer group is planning to visit the affected areas alongside the ration and necessary goods in near future insahallaah. Philanthropists are requested to please extend maximum possible help in this connection.
Plan is also underway to mitigate the recurring water crisis in some pockets of the Thar desert by digging water wells.
It has been estimated that the rough cost of such a digging would require at least an amount of Rs.Seventy thousand per well. It is planned that the required engineering work would be proceeded as soon as the amount is secured.
