Yes!

That's right: we finally finished our album and we want to lay it on
you. We're optimistically releasing it on the same day as new records
from Coldplay, Oasis, and the White Stripes, and we hope it will become
part of your summer listening.

Here are the details ...

The new album is called "Buh Ba Ba Ba," which reflects our low verbal
ability, the title of track #11, or both. We have been promising you
this record for a long time now, and what happened in between is
anybody's guess. However, in those intervening years, we managed not to
mess with things too much, and the songs still sound so fresh you'll
think we're playing them right there in your living room. Really. Go
listen for yourself at http://www.shagg.org/.

You can buy a copy of "Buh Ba Ba Ba" from our good friends at
Wondermore Records. They sell only music they like, so we're honored to
be a part of their family, and you should check out their other stuff
too, at http://www.wondermore.com/.

The band remains the same: Aaron Mitchell, Ben Cannon, Eddie Rubeiz,
Jeff Garfin, Michael Preston, PJ Loughran, and Stephen Shirk. We also
had a lot of great guest performances on the album. You'll have to hear
for yourself!

A CD release party is in the works. Until then, enjoy your summer and
enjoy Shagg!

Love,

The band.
