How big is she? I have seen a couple walk a similar dog on 23rd but she is really tiny. I wonder if it's the same dog? They live very close to me.

This little dog is very tiny, a few pounds. Dog Tag is broken in two so it's of no help. If you think this is the dog you're speaking of, Yassi, please call Hector who found her, at 832/868-6636.
