But we know, is microsoft, so is all normal.
I just wanted to copy that file, due personal lazyness while running windows, for backup and later experimental purposes.
And went trought all the old posts on the internet, about something called hobocopy. A possible saviour of the day right?
Started the journey, found the pages and migration on github:
and then the ending support to it,
and then the new shadowspawn version,
and then the end of support of it too,
and then the git lost repos,
Found a possible tool claiming to do the copy while in use, which is payed software and you know the deal...pay 40bucks for a possible useless file copy???
After persisting in the research, i managed to get here... out of the research of just 1 hr, i landed on the google groups, where i was able to find the working link to wayback machine cached files.
Just here, to say thanks mate, it is still working and made my search worthy to know such a tool, and is proof that passion can be always ahead times. Win 10 here, and worked like a charm.
