Problem on Windows 10 Pro

Hello,

Thank you for the great tool. 

We have plenty of Windows 10 Pro (ver 1709) PCs. On some of them the program works just fine, but on others it stops working at this point:

Looking for the system VSS provider

Examining provider Microsoft Software Shadow Copy provider 1.0 to see if it's the system provider...

...and it is.

Calling InitializeForBackup

Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry, ShadowSpawn is basically unsupported at this point. I don't
even use it myself any more, as I've been off of Windows except for
gaming for years now, and even on my gaming PC I use Windows 7.

Things to look at:
- See if vssadmin can tell you anything.
- Are those systems able to create restore points (which also uses the
Volume Shadow Service)?
- Do the machines that don't work have anything like databases, backup
software, or anything else that's different?
