/shadowspawn/downloads doesn't exist anymore

The https://github.com/candera/shadowspawn/downloads page doesn't seem to exist anymore.

I just updated the README to reflect the fact that I'm not supporting it any more. I haven't run Windows in any serious way for over a decade now. Hopefully someone will fork it and do a better job maintaining it. Sorry - I just have no desire to put time into it any more.
