wouldn't be surprising!  albeit, I don't know
(yet remember all the various chasing tales of the beast are misdirection/distraction compared to our need to focus unite against the BeastHead's beach head   ;-)

nevertheless, here's some related info:

Scaling Up Surveillance
After 9/11, Americans saw a massive growth in the scale and scope of their
national security apparatus, but how crucial is this to the nation's safety?

Most Americans don't seem to care about privacy because they
have been desensitized by the social media explosion. Today we use internet
and social media to conduct even the most routine and mundane of business.
Thus the all American tendency to push back is neutered.

The most revelatory part of these documents is, that they confirm statements made in the earlier article, Warning to Seattleites: You Are Being Targeted by Greenwashed SPD/DHS:  that the city/county's "sustainable" lightly used light rail to nowhere's endless construction activity has been/is being used as the cover for ground-level installation of the SPD/DHS "smart grid" surveillance systems. This includes the dangerous greenwashed surveillance-purposed "smart" utility meters that the Seattle City Council intends to unlawfully mandate for all Seattle residences/workplaces/public meeting venues in 2014-15 with virtually no public input. -- REC
