Tree control drawing problem

The tree view on the shaderman window doesn't refresh. It's initially
blank when the form loads and when I open nodes the area opens as if
to show nodes, but displays blanks. When I click on the control again
the nodes are displayed. I have tried forcing a refresh but it doesn't
work.
I'm running shaderman using python 2.5 on windowsxp.
