मुझे 'नृजातीय मार्जन' सूझा है लेकिन जँच नहीं रहा है। बोलचाल की भाषा के निकट हो तो ज़्यादा अच्छा है।

मुझे जाति-सफाया या जातीय संहार सरल लगते हैं। संहार से आशय हत्या है। चूँकि Ethnic cleansing में क्लींज़िंग से भगाने की ध्वनि भी आती है, इसलिए सफाया ज्यादा मौज़ूँ है। मार्जन शब्द से साफ-सफाई  का आभास होता है, पर वस्तुतः यह आपराधिक भावना को व्यक्त करने वाला वाक्यांश है।

आप ठीक सोच रहे हैं। सफाई और सफाया में भी कुछ अंतर है, इसलिए सफाया बेहतर है।

निर्मूलन और संहार भी ठीक है। किसी एक पैराग्राफ या लेख में इस आशय का कई बार इस्तेमाल होने पर बदले हुए शब्दों को लिखिए, तो लालित्य आता है और पाठक के मन में अर्थ और ज्यादा स्पष्ट होता है। हिंदी को माँजने की प्रक्रिया चल ही रही है।

संदर्भ के अनुसार आप इन शब्दों का उपयोग कर सकते हैं:

 * **जातीय सफाया** (가장 흔하게 사용됨)

 * **जातीय संहार** (अधिक औपचारिक या राजनीतिक संदर्भों में)

> **अर्थ:** किसी विशेष क्षेत्र से किसी विशिष्ट जातीय (ethnic) या धार्मिक समूह को बलपूर्वक, डरा-धमका कर या हिंसा के माध्यम से पूरी तरह से हटा देना या समाप्त कर देना।
