FIBA has delayed the decision and Sikhs will continue to be humiliated.
International Basketball Federation (FIBA) met in Spain last week. But instead of taking a decision to allow sikhs to play with their turbans on, they delayed it.
FIBA now says that the legal and technical commissions will look into the issue and present their findings to the board.
Taranjeet, this fight is not over. FIBA has a new President and the new board is meeting next week.
This is a great opportunity for us to make our voices heard collectively. 60,000 of us have signed the petition so far.
If we can get 1 lakh people to support this campaign before FIBA's board meeting next week, they will not be able to ignore us.
