Our council is trying to raise $30,000 to be able to get an additional $30,000 in

matching funds from an anonymous donor.

We're right on target     In the first two weeks, the Council received $16,402  toward the challenge grant goal of $30,000.   Thank you. Thank you. Thank you, Scout supporters.   If the Council can raise $13,598 by Aug.1, 2015,  an anonymous donor will match the funds dollar-for-dollar.     The end result will be $60,000 to help provide: improvements at camp (did you know that the Camp Freeland Leslie shooting sports range was recently expanded thanks to a generous benefactor?),  training for Scouts and adult leaders, financial assistance to Scouts from low-income families.
