Kishin
Kripalani was no ordinary man. A
Ph.D. from University of California, San
Francisco; an award winning scientist who
brought cutting edge pharmaceuticals that
benefit thousands of people around the world
today; a scholar of Vedanta, who
studied Hindu philosophy under guidance of Swami
Tadatmananda of the Arsha Bodha Gurukulum;
Past President of Sindhi
Association of New Jersey (SANJ),
Chairman of 1st Sindhi Sammelan in
1994 - New
Jersey.
A mentor,
and guide to hundreds of little children
associated with the Sadhu Vaswani Hindu
Heritage Summer Camps and Sadhu Vaswani
Gurukuls; and, most importantly, a loving
husband, father, and grandfather to his
illustrious family. His life of
accomplishment and his service to the community,
specially our little children, is one that needs
to be honored in a special
way.
Several
years back Kishin was granted only a few short
months to live by his doctors. He sought Dada J.P.
Vaswani's blessings to continue the important task
of training young minds on the significance of the
Hindu culture and religion. He went on to live for
several more years. He now leaves, a giant
of our times.
Please
join us on Thursday evening as we observe
the Marka and pay tribute to this humble
soul who worked for the causes he so dearly
cherished, right up to his very last breath.
