Dear all PIAs
As you are aware, ORMAS [Orissa Rural Development & Marketing Society]
is assigned with monitoring of PIAs engaged in placement linked skill
development training of rural BPL youth under SGSY Special Projects by
Panchayati Raj Department, Govt. of Orissa. For the same a Skill
development cell is operating at ORMAS-Bhubaneswar with a program
manager. Hence, all PIAs are requested to report to ORMAS in the
following address and e-mail.

details [both state head for this program and district/Branch/

between ORMAS district units [known as DSMS] and training centers/
