Dear All,

The leave schedule chart attached. The chart is prepared with the data provided by each member. However a few of the members have not yet provided the dates. Please go through the chart.

During July, 2014 (4th and 18th July) the availability of Male members are the least, i.e, we will have 2 on 4th July and 1 only on 18th July. Again,  on 4th Mr. Jose and Blesson are available and on 18th only Blesson will be available. So I request Jose to be present to the Choir on 4th along with Blesson. On 18th Blesson has to join with our Female members and make it a memorable Choir !!!

All the available female members, please make sure that you all are attending the practices and join the Choir.

Excellent chart prepared!. I was thinking of taking a leave for 1 week and was trying to chose which week would be better. 
Now I got a hint! July 18th is a good option!!!

July 18th can be a start of a new era! "WOMEN's VOICE"
