How is it that Vec3d in simplex is faster in this than SimpleVec3d?

Right after I sent this I realized the fact that I didn't make "z" a "var" so it was going through the generated method for the case class. After I fixed that the performance is identical.

There are some benchmarks in MathTest project. Have a look, so you
dont have to write all of them from scratch.
