Greetings/Namaskar,

I hope this email finds you well. I am pleased to share that my paper on the “India-Pakistan Escalation of Conflict: Promoting Positive Peace through a Bottom-up Approach” has been published by the TRANSCEND Media Service on May 19, 2025.  You can access the paper at this link https://www.transcend.org/tms/2025/05/india-pakistan-escalation-of-conflict-promoting-positive-peace-through-a-bottom-up-approach/. This marks my 149th international publication.

Given Nepal's extensive porous border (1880 km) with India and its reliance on India for essential supplies like food grains, and petroleum products, the conflict has had significant repercussions for Nepal. Please feel free to share your thoughts in the comment box on the TMS website. Your input is crucial in advancing these discussions.

Additionally, I am working on a paper addressing Nepal's stalled transitional justice system, which has left victims without closure for almost twenty years. The Search Committee responsible for forming transitional justice bodies has not provided adequate justification for its actions. I plan to explore this issue in an upcoming paper and welcome your feedback on the Search Committee's procedures and criteria, public debates, understanding, representation, transparency, and accountability.

Thank you for your support and assistance.

Sincerely yours in peace,

Bishnu
